WOMEN GENDER

Actions towards gender and women empowerment:

    1. Created more than 200 women groups as AYO BAISI in the core tribal area of Santal pargana
    2. Generate awareness on women’s atrocities, SRHR issues, Rights on the property and also regarding the benefits of govt programs for women.
    3. Skill development on various local resource-based income generation programs. More than 6000 Women participated.
    4. Financial literacy among women nearly 2000 women participated.
    5. Organised school-based sessions for adolescents in districts of Godda Jharkhand in which more than 4000 sessions were held.
    6. Organised govt officials training on GBV.
    7. Organised Federations and other forums to empower and action
