SATHEE
A research team along with grassroots workers together founded SATHEE Trust in 1996.
The major research project was supported by MEFW, Govt of India(1988-91)
The team analyzed the situations of PTGs in Santal Pargana and decided to Initiate actions on it-organizing them, awareness on exploitative mechanisms, govt programs, local livelihood opportunities.
Since 1992-1995 acted without any structured organizational shape. In 1996 PESA implemented, acted to strengthen the local gram sabhas
