Worked as a Senior Research fellow under a major Research Project entitled “ECOLOGICAL SURVEY OF PAHARIA COMMUNITY IN SANTAL PARGANA, BIHAR (currently in a state of Jharkhand) from 1988.

Worked as Research Associate from 1992-1996 under NOVIB funded project on “Promotion of Sustainable Agriculture in poorest states of India” in which I worked in the state of Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chattishgarh to promote the Organic Farming Process and Grounding the SA methodology

• Through participation in different workshops, seminars, and consultation on the issues of PESA, Vth Schedule areas, tribal issues in India, child rights, sustainable agriculture process, participatory process of development, draughts and its mitigation process, community ASH rights in tribal areas, planning commission meetings on WASH and tribal issues-more than 200 participations has been done in this regards nationally and internationally.
• Participation in different grass root process in tribal areas and organized more than 1000 gram sabhas in the state of Jharkhand around the vth schedule provisions and PESA
• Support the community to create the local federations at different levels to ensure their rights and entitlement in a collective and peaceful manner.
• Efforts were also made to establish the bungalow level governance systems as per PESA and SPT Act in 17 bungalows under santal pargana divisions of Jharkhand.
• Created mechanisms for the control over natural resources in more than 100 villages under PESA and SPT Act provisions.
• Support, frame and facilitate  the  several community campaigns  on PESA, TRIBAL SELF GOVERNANCE and provisions under SPT/CNT Acts
• Capacity building of several cadres, community leaders, and CSO workers on PESA provisions,Vth schedule provisions along with provisions under the local acts like SPT/CNT more than 70 batches of capacity building sessions were facilitated.
• Facilitate the sessions of local govt officials on PESA rights, provisions under the SPT Act, and other tribal-related programs as per state and central govt.
• Provided training to the community leaders/grass-root workers and got officials on NBA/NRDWP provisions and their grounding in tribal areas. In this regard, more than 100 sessions were conducted across the state.
• Farmers training on sustainable agriculture, organic farming process, water quality issues, and seed certifications were also provided.

3 international publication-one in scientific Journal(AEM, USA) and two in social Journal of Leiden univ, The Netherlands on PTGs and sustainable agriculture process.

• More than 100 booklets on different issues majorities on tribal rights related issues like PESA, SPT Act, CNT Acts, Vth schedule provisions. child rights, charters, policy documents, and reports

• Award for sustainable agriculture in the year 1994 by IARI, New Delhi as young scientists
• Under leadership, our organization got the best NGO award in Jharkhand in the year 2013 by the Hon’ble Governor of state.
• District citation on the health initiatives
• First ranking in the state on WASH issues.
